Denis Delgado provides effective and purposeful HR solutions to university hiring officials through SHRA position design, classification, and compensation, as well as SHRA and EHRA recruitment and hiring. He/she partners with administrators and hiring officials to create positions designed to meet organizational goals and develop strategies to attract, recruit, and hire a talented and diverse workforce. As a Talent Consultant, Denis advises and guides hiring officials in HR best practices; designs and conducts training including HR Academy, QuickStart, and Job Search Workshops; and supports the specialized programs and services provided by Talent Solutions.
