Performance Management
The Wolfpack Performance Program is NC State’s online performance management system for SHRA and EPS (EHRA non-faculty) employees.
The Wolfpack Performance Program (WPP) is accessible through Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service, via MyPack Portal. Supervisors will create performance plans and enter in performance ratings directly in the WPP. Resources, timelines, and training materials are available below.
Training & Guides
Supervisor training is available in REPORTER. It is important that supervisors go through the online training or utilize the user guides available, prior to beginning a performance plan for employees. Employee guides are also available on the user guides page.
SHRA
The SHRA performance cycle ends on March 31. Employees’ year end evaluations are due to be entered into the WPP no later than May 15, 2026. Supervisors can begin creating 2026-27 plans in the WPP on April 1.

Next-Level Supervisors
At a minimum, next-level supervisors should review both goals and final ratings in WPP. While they cannot make in-system changes, they have the capability and responsibility to view documents and the progress of evaluations throughout the cycle for any employee whose supervisor they manage. Please view the user video guide for a demonstration. This is compatible for both SHRA and EPS next level managers.
