IST-Implementation Success Team

The Implementation Success Team provides strategic leadership and oversight for change initiatives. It develops and maintains the change management model, supports project teams in successful implementation, and ensures accountability in its application. The team’s goal is to facilitate smooth transitions, improve communication, and maximize project success.

Team Members

The team is composed of individuals representing a variety of campus units and updates HR senior leadership on the status of initiatives and any recommendations for adjustments.
