College/Division Action Plans
In response to the 2018 UNC System Employee Engagement Survey, colleges and divisions were tasked with developing an Employee Engagement Action Plan, focusing on opportunities for improvement as identified in the survey results. The initiatives listed below are aligned with the university’s four strategic focus areas:
- Diversity and Inclusion: Enhance Commitment to a Diverse and Inclusive University
- Professional Development: Create a Culture of Continuing Professional Development for Faculty and Staff
- Policies, Resources and Efficiency: The Effectiveness and Efficiency of Administrative Processes
- Institutional Pride and Employee Recognition: Enhance Institutional Pride
These four focus areas are aligned with established NC State Strategic Plan initiatives and with applicable Employee Engagement Survey core dimensions and belief statements.
