Coldwell Banker Advantage’s REAP Rewards

Reap Rewards services (i.e. buying and/or selling, locally and across states) is an incentive program that is designed to provide NC State University, their staff, faculty, and immediate family members the highest quality real estate services with discounts and cash-back rewards. It is our goal to provide superior service and value to all our partners.

Each eligible member of the program who contacts Coldwell Banker Advantage’s REAP Rewards, prior to working with a REALTOR®, will be assigned a specialist in our relocation department. The specialist is an advocate for the eligible member.

After the specialist assesses the needs of the eligible member, the member will be introduced to a REALTOR® who is both trained and knowledgeable about the REAP Rewards Program and who knows the market areas where the eligible member needs assistance. The specialist will also introduce the eligible member to a residential mortgage loan officer, if needed, to assist them with their mortgage-related questions and services.
