LifeMart Member Discount Program

Check out LifeMart, a member discount program open to all State Health Plan members. The program offers discounts on gym memberships, fitness equipment, travel, hotels, food delivery, tickets to sporting events and more. 

One of the fitness programs available through LifeMart is Active&Fit Direct. You can join a gym for $28 a month through Active&Fit. More than 12,700 gyms are available. Active&Fit is waiving its enrollment fee for those who sign up for its program by May 31.

You can access LifeMart via the Aetna website. When you go to the website, you’ll need to log in or register to create an account. After you log in, click Health & Wellness at the top of the page. On the next page, scroll down until you see Health & Wellness Discounts and click any of the panels in that section to get a link to the LifeMart website.

You can also get to the Aetna website via MyPack Portal. After you go to the portal, click the Benefit Details tile and then click the My State Health Plan tile. You will be taken to the State Health Plan portal. Select Quick Links at the top of the page and then click Aetna Member Portal.
