HR professionals consistently exhibit leadership qualities throughout the university, irrespective of their formal titles. Their responsibilities often encompass critical processes within PeopleSoft HR and Financials, as well as PeopleAdmin. |
Supervisor & Manager | Individuals who are responsible for planning the work of others and managing and evaluating their performance. May include middle managers (those who supervise supervisors) as well as higher level leaders (those who supervise managers). |
Administrative Professional | Administrative assistants handle general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment and so on. |
