Level Up with LEAD

Introducing, Level Up with LEAD, Learning and Organizational Development’s newest and most dynamic leadership development experience. This comprehensive certificate program offers three distinct levels. Choose the level that best suits your goals and current skill set or complete all three to level up your leadership potential. Program Levels

Learners are encouraged, but not required, to progress from Level 1 through Level 3.

Core LEAD – Level 1

Target Audience: Core LEAD is designed for employees at any career stage who want to build a strong foundation in leadership. This level is ideal for individuals who are new to formal leadership roles or those who lead through influence, collaboration, and individual contribution. Participants will explore core leadership mindsets and skills that support personal effectiveness, communication, and impact, regardless of title.
Focus: Cultivating Your Character Strengths, Increase Your Productivity and Find Time for You, Collaborating Across Generations, Enhancing Interpersonal Communication, and Part 1: Intercultural Awareness and Workplace Scenarios

LEAD Foundations – Level 2

Target Audience: Building upon Core LEAD, this level is intended for employees who are ready to deepen their leadership practice by strengthening how they work with individuals and teams. LEAD Foundations is well-suited for individuals who lead projects, initiatives, or teams, formally or informally, and want to enhance their ability to foster trust, improve team dynamics, and contribute to shared outcomes.
Focus: Enneagram: Explore the Nine, Increase Engagement and Accountability Through Effective Feedback, Communicating Across Styles, Overcoming Groupthink with Collaborative Decision Making, and Part 2: Interpersonal to the Organizational: Setting a Workplace Culture

LEAD Advance – Level 3

Target Audience: As the most advanced level of the LEAD program, LEAD Advance is designed for employees who regularly lead others, initiatives, or complex work systems and are seeking to expand their strategic leadership capacity. This level is ideal for experienced leaders, supervisors, and managers, as well as for employees who aspire to step into advanced leadership roles in the future and want to intentionally prepare for increased responsibility, influence, and organizational impact.
Focus: From Potential to Performance: Leading with Strengths, Team Essentials: Creating the Framework for a High Performing Team, Leading Collaborative and Productive Meetings, Facilitating Performance Accountability, Part 3: Proactive Leadership: Creating Accountability and Handling Conflict

Program Structure

Each level of the LEAD program includes:

Five Instructor-Led Courses: Engage with other program participants and gain practical knowledge.
Two LEAD Events: Participate in two webinars which will cover additional leadership topics.
Guided LinkedIn Learning Pathway: Access a curated selection of online resources to reinforce your learning.

Complete One Level: Earn a digital badge and a prize.
Complete Two Levels: Earn an additional digital badge and a prize.
Complete All Three Levels: Earn an additional digital badge, a prize, and an entry into our annual grand prize drawing.

Logistics

Participants have one year from their registration date to complete the requirements within their selected level. Registration is $75 per instructor-led class, totaling $300 per level.
