The Director of EHRA Administration is the primary contact for EHRA employment, classification and compensation activity. Responsibilities include consulting with Deans, Department Heads, faculty and administrators regarding EHRA personnel policies, procedures and activities. The review, development and revision of these policies and procedures for relevance and effectiveness of EHRA administration across campus is another function.
