Annual Report Highlights UHR’s 2020-21 Accomplishments

NC State Belltower

Colleagues,

Since 2020, University Human Resources has shared its accomplishments with you through an annual report. As we begin a new academic year, UHR is proud to share its 2020-21 report, which highlights our accomplishments and the great work by our staff and campus HR partners during the final phase of our 2018-21 strategic plan.

2020-21 brought its own unique set of opportunities and challenges as we successfully navigated campus life during a pandemic. Through it all, we enhanced our employee recognition program, offered our employees much-needed wellness opportunities, improved operational and system programs and revamped our professional development offerings.

As many of you know, UHR has not stopped with this retrospective. We are continuing to develop new workforce initiatives, such as flexible and full-remote work options, and innovative system enhancements such as the new ePerformance module in PeopleSoft, which we plan to launch later this year. We encourage you to take a look back at our journey, and we hope that journey inspires you to join us as we prepare to craft and implement a new and exciting strategic journey under the leadership of Tim Danielson, our new associate vice chancellor for human resources who will join the Wolfpack community Jan. 31.
