University Human Resources is sponsoring an appointment-only flu vaccination clinic on campus for staff and faculty.
State Health Plan members, their enrolled dependents who are 18 or older and retired health plan members younger than 65 are eligible for a free flu vaccination at the clinic.
The clinic is being held in an outdoor tent adjacent to Case Dining Hall at 240 Jeter Drive. The clinic is available 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the following days:
- Tuesday, Nov. 2 | Register for appointment
- Friday, Nov. 12 | Registration opens soon
Employees also can get flu shots at the Student Health Services pharmacy or one of Student Health’s flu vaccination clinics.
Important Reminders for HR-Sponsored Clinics
- No one under age 18 will be admitted into a clinic.
- The clinic offers the quadrivalent flu vaccine.
- Participants must bring insurance cards.
- Participants must wear face coverings at all times.
- Participants should wear clothing that provides access to the upper arm of their choosing to receive the flu shot.
