University Human Resources has created an online guide to help employees prepare for annual enrollment, which will be Oct. 11-29.
UHR also will host seven information sessions for the same purpose. You can register for those sessions by going to the online guide.
Annual enrollment is the period for employees to make health, dental and other benefit selections. Selections made during the annual enrollment period will go into effect Jan. 1, 2022. Review the guide before the start of the annual enrollment period so you can make informed choices about your benefits.
During annual enrollment, you can enroll or make changes to your State Health Plan and NCFlex benefits by:
- Going to the annual enrollment website. To get to the site, go to MyPack Portal and click the Benefit Details tile. From the Benefit Details page, click the Enroll in Benefits tab on the left, and you’ll be taken to the site.
- Downloading BENEFITFOCUS, the benefit enrollment app.
- Calling the benefits enrollment center at 855-859-0966.
To enroll in or make changes to MetLife Life Insurance, the MetLife Legal Plan and the voluntary long-term disability plan during annual enrollment, you must complete a paper form. Visit the NC State benefit plans webpage for forms and more information.
