University Human Resources recognizes it can be challenging to understand and differentiate between the types of leave that are available related to COVID-19.
UHR has developed a reference chart that explains and compares the leave options — paid administrative leave and the two leave programs under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act — that are available to employees. UHR hopes the chart helps HR professionals assist employees and helps our employees better understand which leave programs they are eligible to apply for and what benefits the programs offer.
In addition to the chart, employees can find other COVID-19 resources, including FAQs and guidelines, on our pandemic website.
