We are pleased to announce that NC State is launching a new, electronic timekeeping and leave system, WolfTime. WolfTime has a fresh, new look and user-friendly navigation. Timesheet and leave approvals will now be approved online, eliminating the use of the paper form and further reducing our carbon footprint, while also increasing the efficiency and accuracy of the timekeeping and leave management process.
Wolf Time will be utilized by all leave-earning employees to manage their leave and all non-exempt employees to record hours worked.
We’re here to help!
Beginning June 15, the HRIM and Benefits teams would like to invite employees, supervisors and timekeepers who are interested in learning about WolfTime to one of the upcoming information sessions. You may enroll in one of these sessions, or complete a detailed, online training module. Registration for these campus-wide information sessions and online training module will be processed through the new online registration system, REPORTER. Attending a WolfTime information session is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged.
